The time we have left
proceed with the publication of stories posted on Talkink. The following is a story of Peter Sans. A good read to you all.
THE TIME THAT WE STILL
It was early afternoon when John rushed into my room with fury.
- They're back! - He told me.
I did not comment.
- What did you do last time? - I asked, while looking for his pants.
- I was down to the kitchen to read futile scientific journal. The "psychic sponges" Hartmann I look like crap ... And you? What did you do, exactly?
John looked resigned. His appearance was spirited. The voluminous curly hair and blacks seemed even more swollen than usual. Tanned skin barely concealed a pair of pronounced dark circles. He was taller than me by about ten centimeters, but because of their age would be raised again.
- Precisely, you say? I counted sheep to get to sleep, then came one that looks like my nephew to me the tricky question!
- Do not tease me, uncle. I'm just checking
Questa volta, to vanish for the first twenty-four hours, was the small daughter. On his return he could not give any explanation, nor could anyone confirm seeing it somewhere. Followed, within a few hours, short absences of the father and mother. The older sister was saved because he lived in the north for work.
The alarm was launched after the unexplained disappearance of all members of the family on a Sunday in October at lunchtime.
As a science fiction movie, the neighbor had found the door wide open, the TV on, the orecchiette are still hot on your plate and cutlery, greasy meat sauce, spread on the tablecloth.
All the villagers had a theory about the individual episodes. Who assumed an alien abduction, who is a phenomenon of spontaneous combustion, a seizure of those secret services or, more realistically, a case of "white shotgun."
Funicello Much of the population began to disappear and then reappear on and off. At the time I was still living with my wife, soon became the victim of those of us who jokingly called "truancy".
Every time you come back (it could happen at any time) for her was as if I had left a moment before.
When he went away forever was not at home. Then it was terrible aspettare.
Mesi e mesi senza vederla riapparire.
- Leggi sempre. Non lasciare mai gli occhi dal diario! – I ordered - no matter what happens!
finally presses the button on the remote and the TV came on.
began to read, without interruption. I took our dear life, minute by minute.
Behind the screen of bubbles formed protruding black. The lights dimmed, the door swung open and slid out from the monitor two large dark beings, similar to rats, with the hair wet with sewage and human eyes.
Creatures bubbled with happiness on hold. Until we heard read.
One of the rats opened his mouth and let out a shrill sound. The other, with haggard eyes, tried to return the TV.
put it out before we make her. I did not need to look at the diary, I knew by heart. The important thing was not fixed on the eyes.
Azionai the lever with his foot and fell from the cage with all his weight.
succhiatempo I were trapped, terrified and frantic, exposed to our story.
The reading went on late into the night, with succhiatempo that will shrink and shrinking until it disappears completely.
As if a spell had been broken, our house was filled again with loved ones who find their time and their memories.
In the days following our success and track down many succhiatempo were brutally killed, and the few that survived fled away. No one else died, however, was restored to most Funicello.
To prevent the return of the creatures all TVs in the country were destroyed forever. It was at that precise moment, that each of us, who knows why, he was able to have time again that he deserved.
