Egregio Onorevole,

 nel corso del Consiglio dei Ministri n. 119 del 17.12.2010 su proposta del Ministro Angelino Alfano, veniva approvato il nuovo Schema di Decreto del Presidente della Repubblica recante il “Regolamento di organizzazione del Ministero della Giustizia”; il testo avrebbe dovuto essere trasmesso al Consiglio di Stato ed alle Commissioni Parlamentari competenti di Camera e Senato per i prescritti pareri necessari affinché il suindicato provvedimento possa perfezionarsi ed entrare in vigore.

Attualmente, nulla si sa sullo stato di avanzamento del procedimento riguardante il suddetto provvedimento. L’unico punto certo è che il Dipartimento dell’Amministrazione Penitenziaria senza tale provvedimento non può procedere alle assunzioni dei vincitori e degli idonei dei concorsi relativi ai profili di educatore penitenziario, collaboratore amministrativo e contabile.

Infatti, proprio dall’entrata in vigore di tale provvedimento dipende, purtroppo, l’immissione in ruolo degli ultimi 44 vincitori del concorso a 397 posti di educatore penitenziario ed altresì di tutti i vincitori dei concorsi a collaboratore amministrativo e contabile.
