Franco Ionta, per svolgere il ruolo che lei gli ha attribuito nella qualita' di commissario straordinario dell'emergenza carceri e quanto ricevono tutti i seguaci nominati dal Dott. Ionta sempre per poter gestire tale emergenza,un'emergenza per la quale ancora nulla è stato fatto dopo un anno dalla sua dichiarazione.

in relation to the serious situation di sovraffollamento delle carceri, il Consiglio dei ministri del 13 gennaio 2010 ha deliberato un piano straordinario penitenziario dichiarando lo stato di emergenza nazionale fino al 31 dicembre 2010 (decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei ministri 13 gennaio 2010, pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 23 del 29 gennaio 2010); termine poi prorogato con decreto della Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri in data 12 gennaio 2011;
il 19 marzo 2010 è stata emanata l'ordinanza del Presidente del Consiglio dei ministri che ha dettato nuove disposizioni urgenti di protezione civile dirette a fronteggiare la situazione di emergenza conseguente al sovraffollamento penitenziario. Il provvedimento prevede, in particolare, che il capo del dipartimento dell'amministrazione Prisons, appointed commissioner to delegate "the prison emergency", should prepare a specific plan within 30 days of operations, indicating the timing and modalities of implementation. The ordinance establishing a steering committee chaired by the Minister of Justice, responsible for approving the plan and the supervision on the action taken by the Commissioner;

what is the reward of implementing bodies appointed by the Commissioner for the emergency prisons on the basis of that Article 1, paragraph 4, and what are the job profiles and tasks performed by each of them;
many fixed-term contracts and / or project has concluded the Deputy Commissioner for Emergency prisons on the basis of Article 1, paragraph 7, of the order;
how much, with reference to these fixed-term contracts and / or project, the fee determined for each subject by the Commissioner for the emergency prisons on the basis of Article 1, paragraph 8, of the order;
