November 21, 2003, the Ministry of Justice, announces a public competition for the coverage of 397 prison places an educator, in C, C1 economic position;

after a lengthy procedural process, the competition ended June 13, 2008;

state, the winners of that contest have not been informed about the timing and method of recruitment -:

for what reasons the process of that contest result turned out to be quite a long and complex and because today, the winners have not certainty about their future.
