For the project "Live the Campus of the Cultural Entropy, No. 5 places are available.
Annexes 2 and 3 must be filled in each field, taking care to cross out what does not.

All documentation must be submitted in two copies: one original and one photocopy.
The application form only in paper form must be forwarded directly to the Cultural Entropy, via P. Bucci - University of Calabria 87036 Arcavacata di Rende (CS), in busta chiusa da consegnare a mano presso la sede dell'Associazione ogni mattina dalle ore 9 alle 14, oppure da spedire per posta.
La domanda deve pervenire entro le ore 14.00 del 4 ottobre 2010.
Le domande pervenute oltre il termine stabilito non saranno prese in considerazione.
Le selezioni si svolgeranno giorno 8 ottobre 2010 alle ore 9.00 presso la sede dell'Associazione Entropia (DAM - Polifunzionale UNICAL).
